Story : Located in Vizianagaram, Oka Manasu is a love story between two young professionals, a doctor (Niharika as Sandhya) and a politician (as Surya Naga Shourya). Rao Ramesh, who plays the father of Surya is a small time politician with ambition to have his son succeed as an MP. Surya is an obedient son magnet that promises to his father's dream come true. He lives the life of a typical policy Telugu film - negotiating settlements for money and instill fear in the population. Sandhya expressed concern about the risky life of Surya, but is in mad love with him. During regulation, Surya kidnaps a parent of the Home Minister and Dalit partner. This saves Surya jail time under the SC ST atrocity act. After he obtained a temporary deposit, Surya comes home and live together with Sandhya. At this point, Surya faces the difficult challenge of choosing between Sandhya and her father. Which led to this? What is the ruling of Surya?
